The Chance to Say Good-Bye
As I lay here, I wonder
About all I could have done.
The things I wanted to say.
But I can't because you're not here.
You've been gone for so long,
And I only wanted
A chance to say good-bye
But I was so angry and I didn't care
I left you long ago.
Now, I know.
How you must have felt.
The loneliness...the sadness...
The want to just say good-bye
For the last time.
And now, as my time to leave comes closer
People come and ask me
"If you had one wish, what would it be?"
I would say
"The chance to say good-bye."

Traskara stiffened, irritation flashing across her face before disappear as if it had n

Yet are we meant to live...
With such majesty?
I hardly think it is so.

Looking upon the majestic creature...
That God created or is it God itself?
Tis a question we ask.
We cannot answer,
This ageless wonder.
Yet are we meant to live...
